Booking

Name, email address, company, tools used and need, entered in the Calendly calendar when you book. Purpose: to organise and prepare the call. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: 3 years after the last exchange.

Server logs

IP address, date, requested page, browser. Collected by the hosting provider for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: per the provider policy.

Preferences

Your theme (light or dark) and language choices are stored in your browser (local storage), never transmitted.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or shared. Only ATLAS and its technical providers can access it: Hostinger (website hosting and email, European Union) and Calendly LLC (booking, United States). Transfers to Calendly are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Calendly sets its own cookies inside the booking frame and asks for your consent there: see Calendly's policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. Use the contact form or write to contact [arobase] romaricagbaholou [point] com. Reply within one month. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
