AI engineering in Rennes

AI agents and business software, running live in your business.

ATLAS designs the agents, interfaces and integrations that automate your operations. Everything is deployed in your own accounts, documented and transferable. Not a demo that falls apart at the first real-world use case.

Your project team

ATLAS organises every project around one technical lead, who writes the code and answers you directly. If the work calls for it, we bring in known independent specialists. The code, infrastructure and accounts remain in the client's name.

Capabilities

What ATLAS
builds.

The agent analyses, decides and acts.
It does more than answer.

ATLAS builds the software it needs to operate: interfaces, APIs, databases, access controls. We then connect your systems so information flows without unnecessary rekeying.

Our method

Four steps,
no blind spots.

Step 01

A thirty-minute
call

You outline the problem and the systems involved. We assess feasibility, dependencies and whether the work is worthwhile. If ATLAS is not the right fit, we will tell you.

Step 02

A proposal
within 24 hours

Within one business day, you receive two pages setting out the scope, deliverables, budget, timeline and exclusions.

Step 03

Build
in phases

Each phase ends with a demonstration using your data. The code is committed to your repository throughout the project, without waiting for final delivery.

Step 04

Handover

We deploy the system, document how it works and hand over access. Your team or another provider can take it forward.

Who it is for

For teams that want
something concrete.

SMEs and mid-sized companies

You have time-consuming processes, several tools to connect, or a business system to improve without a dedicated team.

Software vendors and scale-ups

You need to add an AI feature, strengthen an existing product or get a drifting integration back on track.

Agencies and IT services firms

You need technical support for an AI, back-end or integration workstream, white-label or directly with your client.

Offers

Four ways to work together. Scope, deliverables and budget are agreed in writing before we begin. Nothing changes without your approval.

Starting point

Discovery

We review your processes, data and tools to separate useful work from false good ideas. You leave with justified, costed priorities.

  • Process and data mapping
  • What can and cannot be automated, and why
  • Estimated gains and costs
  • Priorities, budget and action plan

Short fixed-fee engagement · written report and video call

Build

Design and deployment

We build the agent or application around your systems, then deploy it in your environment. Each phase is tested with your data before approval.

  • Code in your repository from day one
  • Testing, continuous integration and deployment
  • Technical documentation and handover
  • Deployment on your infrastructure

Phased delivery · demonstration at the end of each phase

Ongoing support

Operations

We monitor the system after deployment. When an API, model or quota changes, the issue is detected and handled under the agreed arrangement.

  • Monitoring of runs and costs
  • Alerts and fixes under the agreement
  • API and model updates
  • Monthly operations report

Monthly subscription · no minimum term

For delivery partners

Technical support

For agencies and IT services firms that need to deliver an AI, back-end or integration workstream without the in-house capacity. ATLAS works within your organisation or directly with the client.

  • White-label or direct client relationship
  • Ownership of a defined workstream
  • Recovery of a failing system
  • Coordination with your teams

Fixed workstream or time and materials · short commitment available

Frequently asked questions

1. How much does a project cost?

The cost depends on the scope, systems to connect and level of technical risk. The call provides an initial range. The written proposal then sets out the budget, deliverables and exclusions before any work begins.

2. Who will actually work on my project?

Romaric Agbaholou is your technical lead and writes the code. He remains your point of contact from scoping to handover. If an additional need arises, ATLAS brings in a known independent specialist and explains their role before they start.

3. What happens if ATLAS becomes unavailable?

The code is in your repository from day one. Accounts, access and environments remain under your control. Documentation is kept up to date so a capable developer can take over the system without depending on ATLAS.

4. Where do my data and prompts go?

The choice depends on your constraints. Deployment on your infrastructure is possible in some cases. If an external model is used, we review the provider, hosting region and retention policy with you before deployment.

5. What is not included?

The proposal distinguishes ATLAS deliverables from third-party costs, such as hosting, licences and inference. Any request added after approval requires a separate agreement. No scope changes happen silently.

6. When will I see a first version?

The timeline depends on the scope and is set out in the proposal. Delivery progresses in short phases. Each phase ends with a demonstration using your data, so the solution can be validated before moving forward.
